Individual Therapy

Every child deserves a space where they feel safe, seen, and celebrated for who they are - not just managed for their behaviors. Individual therapy gives your child that space.

As a licensed therapist, I work one-on-one with children to help them build emotional safety, self-understanding, and confidence. Sessions are tailored to your child’s developmental stage, sensory needs, and personality, so therapy feels less like a clinical appointment and more like a relationship where healing and growth can happen.

What Therapy Offers:

  • Emotional Regulation Tools: Kids learn calming strategies and coping skills they can actually use in real life.

  • Understanding and Expression: Through play, conversation, and creative activities, children practice putting words, art, or movement to their thoughts and feelings.

  • Healing and Safety: For children impacted by trauma, therapy provides a secure space to process experiences and rebuild trust.

  • Identity and Strengths: Neurodivergent kids are supported in embracing their whole selves - quirks, strengths, and challenges included.

  • Parent Partnership: You’re not left out of the loop! Parents receive guidance and strategies to carry progress from the therapy room into everyday life.

Why It Matters

Children who feel safe, understood, and supported develop resilience that lasts a lifetime. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” your child - it’s about helping them discover their strengths, build skills, and grow into themselves with confidence and connection.

Sessions are $300.  I am not on any insurance panels, but I can provide you with a "superbill" at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

I have limited after school/evening appointments for individual therapy.  I do maintain a waitlist, but cannot be sure when an opening will be available.
